She Kitchen ve Ölüdeniz Blu'nun yeniden açılış, Chef's Table ve atölye duyurularını size iletmek için. Hukuki sebep
Formdaki onay kutusuyla verdiğiniz açık rıza (KVKK md. 5/1). Kampanya mesajları için ayrıca 6563 sayılı Kanun kapsamında verdiğiniz ticari elektronik ileti onayı.
Çerezler
Reklamlarımızın işe yarayıp yaramadığını ölçmek için Google Analytics ve Google Ads çerezlerini yalnızca siz izin verirseniz kullanırız. İzin vermezseniz bu çerezler çalışmaz.
Ne kadar saklıyoruz?
Listeden çıkmak isteyene kadar, en fazla iki yıl.

This notice explains how we handle the details collected for the She Kitchen reopening list, under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What we collect
Your email address or phone number, your name if you give it, the topics you tick, and which ad or link brought you to the page (campaign tags).
Why we use it
To send you news about She Kitchen and Ölüdeniz Blu: the reopening, Chef's Table dates and workshops. If you also tick the second (optional) box, we may also send you updates about offers, events and promotions (commercial electronic messages). You can join the list without it. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time, free of charge, using the link in each message or by writing to us. We never sell your details or share them with other companies for marketing.
Legal basis
The explicit consent you give by ticking the box on the form (KVKK Article 5/1). For promotional messages, also your separate consent under Turkish Law No. 6563.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to measure our ads only if you allow them. If you decline, these cookies are not used.
How long we keep it
Until you ask to leave the list, and for no more than two years.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or leave the list at any time. Email info@oludenizblu.com or message us on WhatsApp at +90 516 167 00 30.
